Twice. The first one arrived in a mangled box with paper thin padding, and the base had a huge crack all the way down the middle. But it was pretty, so I returned it and ordered it again (for more money this time-- the original vendor was out of stock.)The second one arrived with just days to spare before the holiday. The large pieces were all intact, and it wasn't until it was all assembled that we unwrapped a badly split drawer. Rather than return the whole, heavy table again, I called the company, Ore International, and asked if they could send me a replacement drawer. The friendly customer service rep assured me that there would be no problem. Well, there was. The drawer they sent was the wrong color. Wrong size.
