I tow a toy hauler that is just over 10,000 pounds and even with my WDH I had some sag in the back of my truck. After installing these airbags and just adding 10psi, the truck was totally level WITHOUT my WDH.I wanted to get rid of the sag and I also plan on buying an ATV carrier so I can put two quads on top of my bed and free up space in my toy hauler for a bigger UTV. I will never have a truck without airbags again. And for around $250 its a no-brainer. Here are the pros and cons: PROS: - Very cost effective way to add safety to your tow rig. - Great instructions (although the part# on the airbags differed from the part number listed in the instructions - more on that later) - Easy to install. I couldn't find any body to install it for me. One business told me they would install it if I bought it from them for twice what I could get it for on the Internet, and said they were always missing pieces. He was right, when I got it and did an inventory of the box I found 8 nylon lock nuts missing. The installation is pretty simple and straight forward on this truck. The only change I made was to run both air lines to a tee and put only one fill valve which fit nicely in an existing frame hole in the wheel well area. I am extremely satisfied with the kit. |
